Foundation of Wolff Kunststoffe GmbH and start of production of PUR molded parts using proprietary systems
Acquisition of the CONFORM(R) brand as well as sales and marketing
The generational change is initiated. Günter Zscheuschler steps down as a partner and the second generation, comprising Jens Zscheuschler, Tanja Fischer, and Andrea Rödel, takes over management responsibilities within the company.
Transfer of shares and management to Jens Zscheuschler, Tanja Fischer, and Andrea Rödel.
