We manufacture polyurethane molded parts using a multi-component hot-pour process. Tailored to your individual requirements – from prototypes to series production. Variable formulations result in elastic, abrasion-resistant, and durable product solutions.

Material properties & processing

Our PUR molded parts impress with their excellent physical properties and flexible processing options. We can tailor the formula precisely to your requirements with silicone, antistatic, or dye additives. Direct vulcanization onto metal or plastic (e.g., steel, aluminum, polyamide) is possible without any problems.



Hardness range: 30° Shore A to 75° Shore D



Temperature resistant from -50°C to 80°C (briefly up to 100°C)



Optionally food-safe in accordance with EU 10/2011, EU 1935/2004, and FDA 21 CFR 177.1680 (41 quality series)



High swelling resistance and chemical resistance
